Items you add or check off on the Daily Brief are written to GG Action Items in Notion. Connect your own token and Notion records them as you; otherwise they go in under the shared Situation Room account.

In Notion: Settings → Connections → turn on Developer mode → Personal access tokens → New token → name it, tick only Notion API, create, copy. The token is stored encrypted on the server and never shown again.
